ORDER FULFILLMENT:

I do my best to get your package sent out to you as quickly and safely as possible with my small team. I am currently shipping out orders about once a week right now. We typically ship through USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Orders are processed at a first-ordered, first-fulfilled basis. If you're ordering for a gift please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive!

**At this current time, we are only shipping orders within the United States.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS:

If the item(s) is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact me 20 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase will be required including an order number as well as the email associated with the order. You can begin the process here: Damaged Items Form

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Please note that due to the small size of our operations, we are not able to facilitate returns or exchanges at this time and all purchases are final.

LOST ORDERS:

Maddie K. Art & Illustration is not responsible for missing or lost packages delivered through third party shipping services and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund these orders. It’s common for the package to arrive days after the tracking’s delivery date. Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced. USPS will not accept any claims if the package was scanned as being “Delivered.”
